The Service is provided by TasteDump. Questions, cancellations, and refund requests go to wafflehaque@gmail.com, and our full mailing address is available on request.

TasteDump imports videos you’ve bookmarked or saved on connected platforms (such as X and Instagram), stores your notes and organization, and displays them back to you. Reading your data from a connected platform uses your own authorized connection to that platform.

• What credits are — Credits are prepaid, stored-value units you buy in advance and spend as you use the Service. They are usage credits for this Service only — not money, not redeemable for cash, and not transferable.
• Price — Usage is metered at $0.01 per bookmark read. Top-ups run from $2.00 to $500.00 per transaction, priced and charged in USD.
• Itemized total before you pay — Before you confirm any purchase, the checkout shows the exact total you will be charged and what it buys. That displayed total is the full price — there are no separate handling, service, or processing charges added on top.
• How payment is handled — Payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card number. A purchase adds credit to your balance once Stripe confirms the payment.
• Feature unlocks — Some features unlock based on your account’s cumulative lifetime purchases rather than your current balance: every $2.00 you’ve ever paid us unlocks the Claude MCP connector and X bookmark sync, plus 225 MB of video upload capacity per $2.00 paid (subject to overall storage availability) — these thresholds add up across every purchase you make and never reset.

Purchased credits never expire. We charge no inactivity, dormancy, account-maintenance, or similar fees, and your paid balance is not reduced by the passage of time — only by your actual usage. Promotional or bonus credits we may grant for free can carry an expiry; if they do, we’ll say so when we grant them.

• Stopping anytime — You can stop using the Service and stop buying credits at any time. There is no subscription and nothing recurring to cancel.
• Online-purchase cancellation right — If we failed to give you the information the law requires before your purchase, or failed to make the purchase available as described, you may be entitled to cancel that purchase and receive a refund within the period set by applicable Manitoba consumer- protection law. Contact us and we’ll process it.
• Unused balance — Because credits don’t expire, unused credit simply stays on your account for later. We aren’t obliged to refund a voluntary top-up that you’ve simply changed your mind about after the online-purchase cancellation window has passed and the required disclosures were given — but we may do so at our discretion; just ask.
• If we fail to deliver — If we stop providing the Service, or don’t deliver what a purchase promised, you may request a refund of the affected, unused credit.

Use the Service only for your own saved content and only in ways the connected platforms permit. Don’t use bots or automated scripts to create accounts or make purchases, don’t attempt to abuse, overload, or circumvent the Service’s security or rate limits, and don’t resell the Service. We may suspend accounts that do.

You’re responsible for keeping your sign-in method secure. How we handle your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

TasteDump is a personal project provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We don’t control the connected platforms and can’t guarantee their data will always be available. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount of unused credit on your account plus any amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law that cannot be waived.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above; continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
